Microsoft Announces New Security Patch To Patch Previous Patch

Microsoft Corporation today announced a new security patch to its Windows operating system that they promised “should suck a bit less” than the previous several dozen security fixes. The new patch is designed to correct issues in the previous patch and weighs in at a whopping 6.7 gigabytes. Microsoft promised that it simulates fixing certain issues such as “giving out (all) your passwords and banking info”. The patch, which can be installed after a six-to-eight-hour broadband download and “a few” calls to technical support, means that the update can “typically be finished installing just before the next patch is ready.”
